Choose a model, fill in your shipping address and select a payment method at checkout. In-stock models are paid in full. Pre-order models (international orders) can be reserved with a 10% deposit.
Alipay orders: scan the corporate QR code on the confirmation page and pay the CNY amount shown. WeChat orders: add our customer service on WeChat and transfer. Western Union payment: further details will be shown on the order page. Credit card orders (international): we will email you a payment link within 1 business day — click the link to complete payment. Pre-order deposit: pay 10% at checkout to reserve your model. The remaining balance plus international shipping is due before dispatch — we will email you the final amount. Your order is confirmed after we verify the payment — usually within 1 business day.
Your model is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
The package box is used solely to protect the product during shipment. Boxes damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Return note: for returns caused by non-quality issues, or returns initiated by the customer, the customer bears the return shipping and customs clearance costs.
If you choose a freight forwarding company, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage once the parcel is delivered to that forwarder.
In-stock orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Pre-order models are shipped after the estimated ship month shown on the product page.
